From Central Florida comes a powerhouse band in the metal world from a familiar presence. Guitarist Shane French, who has shared stages across Europe with legends Jorn Lande, Ralph Santolla, Jon Oliva and Zach Stevens, is prepared to unleash a crushing new project along with guitarist / vocalist phenom Morrie Vozdecky.  Morrie V's searing vocals and blazing guitar runs are a perfect compliment to Shane's heavy-handed rhythms and tasteful, yet blistering leads. Calling themselves “Voz”, this project has brought Shane French out of the shadows and back into the forefront of metal.

Joining Morrie and Shane is virtuoso drummer John Teer, namesake of former Frontiers Records band Teer, who released a CD to high critical and popular acclaim throughout the UK and Japan. John brings solid rhythm and a brutal double kick assault to the Voz sound.

The band released their debut album titled “Shadows of Death” in March 2012. Contributing some great lead guitar is former King Diamond axe slinger Pete Blakk, along with a guest appearance by Cage guitarist Dave Garcia. Assisting with the mixing and mastering duties is Jeremie Kling, drummer of The Absence, who learned the studio production trade from former Testament guitarist James Murphy.

The finished product “Shadows of Death” is a powerful collection of everything metal fans crave... Well crafted songs, heavy rhythms, furious drums, soaring vocals and shred guitar licks. Influences that are apparent when listening to the CD range from Judas Priest, Iced Earth and Testament.

The band is currently recording a follow-up album to "Shadows of Death" titled "The Priest". Watch for it in 2013!
